This entry-level, on-site role guides prospective participants through available options and enrollment decisions using consultative, people-focused communication. Direct contact with people is central to the position, with regular face-to-face interaction. The specialist speaks with prospective participants, explains options, answers questions, helps individuals determine appropriate next steps, and follows up to support the enrollment process.
