Fully Remote Enrollment Services Specialist
About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote Enrollment Services Specialist to guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options and support their enrollment from start to finish. The role includes leading virtual Zoom consultations, maintaining accurate digital documentation, managing follow-up communication, and building lasting client relationships. The company offers training, mentorship, and team development, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Client interest is inbound; cold calling is not required. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace; complete required training and virtual meetings; and obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities. Applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements are at the candidate’s expense. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and are reviewed during hiring and onboarding. No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Be comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools.
- Be able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable, including the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Be self-driven and organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
