We’re seeking an Enrollment Services Coorindator who will support our existing and new client accounts. Requirements

  • Experience working with Applied Epic, Salesforce, or similar systems

Responsibilities

  • Assist with filling out RFP's and gathering cenus and/or existing carrier material
  • Complete illustration spreads once carrier proposals have been received
  • Track the RFP/Proposal/Illustration/CM presentation process to make sure tasks get completed in a timely manner (keep RFP Tracker updated)
  • Create QR Code/Scheduling LInk along with the New Hire Flyers when a new accounts starts utiulizing Enrollment Services
  • Assist with Carrier Employer Applications and Termination letters when needed
  • Assist with setting up and sending text message campaigns during OE
  • Proven problem resolution skills with experience in project management
  • Ability to partner with commercial clients and serve as a trusted resource and advisor
  • Streamlining communication with key accounts and external vendors including insurance carriers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
