Key tasks include updating carrier portals, applying employer data for eligibility, assisting with batch processing, and communicating with members and employers to gather necessary information. The position also involves supporting open enrollment, employer onboarding, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and assisting with audits and data cleanup. Complex issues will be escalated to the Team Lead or Management.
