The Enrollment Services Assistant is responsible for providing exemplary frontline customer service to students in multiple functional areas of enrollment services. This role involves entering, verifying, and researching student records in the College's Enterprise Resource Planning system, performing cashiering functions, and managing electronic records through a document imaging system. The assistant will address student inquiries via various communication channels and support other enrollment services personnel as needed. The position requires attendance at divisional/department meetings and performance of other assigned duties appropriate to the role.
