About The Position

Providence Catholic School is seeking a dedicated Christian role model to lead and execute its overall enrollment strategy. The Enrollment Director engages prospective students, parents, and the school community to build and sustain enrollment. The role includes strategic recruitment planning, coordinating shadow days, leading school tours, organizing recruitment events, and creating meaningful engagement opportunities for prospective families. The position is full-time and reports to the Principal for additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university or college.
• Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other defined software applications.
• Managerial and interpersonal skills, with a strong desire to help families through the admissions process.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Energetic leadership, team-building, and relationship-management capabilities.
• Organizational and project-management skills to oversee admissions workflows and events.
• Proficiency with computer applications, enrollment databases, and web software.
• Must pass archdiocesan Safe Environment Requirements and background screening.
• Must pass Texas DPS Fingerprint-based Applicant Clearinghouse screening.
• Must pass the DNHR background screening.
• Some evening and weekend work is required.

• Demonstrated background or experience in admissions, marketing, or school enrollment management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the school's overall enrollment strategy.
