About The Position

Providence Catholic School is seeking a dedicated Christian role model to lead and execute the school’s overall enrollment strategy. The Enrollment Director engages prospective students, parents, and the school community to build and sustain robust enrollment. The position involves strategic recruitment planning, coordinating Shadow days, leading school tours, organizing recruitment events, and creating meaningful opportunities to engage prospective families. The role also includes additional duties as assigned by the Principal. Some evening and weekend work is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university or college.
• Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other defined software applications.
• Managerial, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong desire to help families through the admissions process.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Highly energetic leadership, team-building, and relationship-management capabilities.
• Inclusive communication skills across channels, including social media and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in computer applications, enrollment databases, and web software.
• Must pass archdiocesan Safe Environment Requirements and background screening.
• Must pass Texas DPS Fingerprint-based Applicant Clearinghouse screening.
• Must pass the DNHR background screening.

• Demonstrated background or experience in admissions, marketing, or school enrollment management.
