About The Position

Providence Catholic School is seeking an enthusiastic, highly qualified Head Softball Coach and Christian role model. The coach will help students develop competencies and skills and form responsible leaders for tomorrow. Coaching responsibilities may be at the high school or middle school level. Additional duties may be assigned by the Athletic Director. This is a seasonal stipend position. The listed responsibilities and working conditions may not be exhaustive, and management reserves the right to revise the role as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of softball.
• Ability to adhere to a schedule, be on time, and be dependable.
• Ability to act independently and responsibly.
• Ability to exercise attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must pass archdiocesan Safe Environment requirements and background screening.
• Must pass Texas DPS Fingerprint-based Applicant Clearinghouse screening.
• Must pass the DNHR background screening.

Nice To Haves

• Prior interscholastic coaching experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
