About The Position

The Enrollment and Marketing Coordinator obtains initial participant information for Program for All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE) admissions, coordinates PACE intake processes, and provides information and referrals about ICHS PACE to community agencies as appropriate. The coordinator manages PACE marketing efforts through targeted, measurable activities and promotes the ICHS Healthy Aging and Wellness Program to potential participants and other agencies in the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or four years of relevant experience working in a related field as a substitute.
• Two years of marketing or sales experience.
• Ability to travel on day trips and occasional weekends to local healthcare institutions, agencies, and health fairs.
• If using a personal vehicle for travel, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare marketing experience is preferred.
• At least one year of experience working in senior healthcare is preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in an API language is valued.

Responsibilities
