• Bachelor's degree and strong content area knowledge.

• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of required screenings (Live Scan/fingerprints, TB screen, CTC Certificate of Clearance, and CPR/AED/First Aid certification).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute culturally relevant, standards-based lessons that challenge and engage all students.
• Adapt instruction to meet varied learning styles and social development needs.
• Regularly administer and reflect on quantitative and qualitative student data to immediately inform instructional adjustments.
• Create aligned Formative, Summative, and Performance assessments that prepare students for standardized tests (e.g., SBAC).
• Maintain a highly structured, positive, and productive learning environment aligned with MWA culture.
• Proactively engage families through consistent communication regarding progress and academic goals.
• Actively participate in mandatory professional development and team meetings.
