Requirements

2+ years of engineering or facility maintenance experience, ideally within hospitality or commercial settings.
Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and HVAC disciplines.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced setting.
Availability for AM or PM shifts and readiness to respond to urgent situations as needed.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
A proactive mindset and passion for quality workmanship and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a skilled team of engineers and technicians to uphold exceptional maintenance and safety standards.
Oversee maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems throughout the property.
Implement proactive preventive maintenance programs that extend equipment life and maintain top-notch facility performance.
Troubleshoot technical issues swiftly to minimize downtime and elevate the guest experience.
Collaborate with vendors and resort leadership on upgrades, renovations, and system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with safety codes, sustainability goals, and resort procedures.
Document work clearly and communicate effectively across departments.
