About The Position

As the Engineer Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s maintenance department, ensuring all systems and equipment are operating safely and efficiently. You’ll lead a team of engineers, manage preventative maintenance schedules, and respond quickly to guest or operational issues. Your role is key to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for both guests and staff.

Requirements

• A high school diploma, a GED, or one year of hotel experience
• Previous experience in a similar or related position
• A combination of education and experience
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
