Requirements

  • 2+ years of engineering or facility maintenance experience, ideally within hospitality or commercial settings.
  • Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and HVAC disciplines.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced setting.
  • Availability for AM or PM shifts and readiness to respond to urgent situations as needed.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset and passion for quality workmanship and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a skilled team of engineers and technicians to uphold exceptional maintenance and safety standards.
  • Oversee maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems throughout the property.
  • Implement proactive preventive maintenance programs that extend equipment life and maintain top-notch facility performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues swiftly to minimize downtime and elevate the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with vendors and resort leadership on upgrades, renovations, and system enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety codes, sustainability goals, and resort procedures.
  • Document work clearly and communicate effectively across departments.
