About The Position

What You Will Do: Help manage the hotel’s vital systems—HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and more. Keep preventive maintenance on track so nothing breaks down at the worst possible moment. Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance projects like a pro. Conduct room inspections and catch the little things before they become big problems. Make sure your team has the tools and supplies they need to succeed (and not borrow screwdrivers from the front desk).

Requirements

• Mechanical know-how: You can troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues—essential for keeping guests comfy and safe.
• Maintenance smarts: A solid understanding of engineering systems helps you respond quickly and prevent downtime.
• Great communicator: You’re able to explain technical stuff—key for working with your team and other departments.
• Tech skills: Comfort with computers makes tracking maintenance and reporting a breeze.
• Experience matters: At least 1 year of engineering or maintenance work proves you know your way around a toolbox.
