About The Position

Lattice is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Integrations team, which builds product and platform capabilities connecting Lattice with customers’ other tools. The team has established Lattice’s first outbound integration pattern with Workday, launched an MCP Server used by more than 100 customers, and is expanding into third-party productivity-data ingestion to support products such as Auto Updates and Evidence-Based Reviews. The Engineering Manager will help scale the team’s impact by bringing integrations to market, developing reusable platform capabilities and playbooks, and establishing operating rigor so future integrations can be delivered more effectively. The role leads integrations and platform capabilities from prioritization through launch and ongoing operation, while mentoring engineers and improving engineering practices and processes. The manager partners with Product and Design to develop and improve customer-facing products, and represents the team across the organization by recognizing successes and taking ownership of failures. The role is intended to provide Lattice customers around the globe with a delightful, reliable experience while enabling rapid development.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience directly managing software engineers, including coaching direct reports, providing performance feedback, hiring, and fostering a diverse, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.
Experience leading integrations, API or developer platforms, ecosystems, or marketplace teams.
A proven record of shipping and operating third-party integrations, managing partner dependencies, and maintaining API reliability.
Strong people leadership, including coaching for growth and promotion and addressing sustained underperformance.
Ability to build clear operating mechanisms for prioritization, delivery, quality, and cross-functional decisions.
Ability to partner effectively with Product, TPM, GTM, and external technical stakeholders and build alignment across complex discussions.
Ability to connect technical strategy to organizational goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, adaptable to executives, technical teams, and non-technical audiences.
Comfort owning ambiguous, high-autonomy work and driving it to completion.

Responsibilities
