Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong technical background across the SDLC, with the ability to support and unblock your teams in complex technical discussions.
  • Experience modernizing legacy systems into modern architectures, as well as leading teams’ ways of working.
  • A lean, proactive, and positive approach to software development, balancing impact with long-term, sustainable development, and taking strong accountability for delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Embrace the “you build it, you run it” philosophy.
  • Believe in continuous learning and improvement.
  • Experience not only mentoring others, but also developing future mentors and leaders.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in fintech is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance assessments.
  • Define and manage the technical vision and strategy for your area.
  • Ensure accountability for all team initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of reference for the Leadership team and key stakeholders.
