About The Position

Docplanner is a leading healthcare technology company operating in 13 countries, serving over 90 million patients and 300k+ specialists monthly. With a diverse team of over 2,500 employees globally, the company maintains a startup-like culture. The Tech TA team, based in Europe, is looking for a Talent Sourcer to support strategic, high-impact senior searches, particularly at the Director level. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and pre-screening exceptional talent for complex, high-value roles in Tech, Product, Data, Design, Marketing, and strategic business areas. The position requires strong sourcing judgment, the ability to assess candidates thoughtfully, and a focus on building well-qualified pipelines. The company emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and a human-centric approach to healthcare and work. They offer a 100% remote-friendly environment within Poland and utilize modern recruiting tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and AI tools.

Requirements

  • Strong experience sourcing senior, niche or complex profiles in technology-led, AI-native, SaaS or transformation environments.
  • Excellent sourcing ability: advanced search, market mapping, talent intelligence, pattern recognition and the ability to find non-obvious talent.
  • High agency, drive and resilience — ability to move things forward, iterate quickly and stay creative when the search requires more than the obvious route.
  • Strong candidate judgment: ability to differentiate between an impressive profile and a truly relevant one.
  • Confidence engaging senior passive candidates with thoughtful, personalized messaging and clear role storytelling.
  • Curiosity about AI and modern recruiting workflows.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using AI tools to improve research, outreach, profile review, candidate summaries and sourcing productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Build smart sourcing strategies for senior, niche and technically complex searches.

  • Lead thoughtful first touchpoints (live or async) to understand motivation, relevance, strengths and what would be useful to explore further.
  • Assess candidates against the actual role calibration, not just keywords or titles.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition for Tech & Product, Talent Partners and hiring leaders, bringing market insight, candidate intelligence and clear recommendations.
  • Maintain structured data in Ashby, ensure strong follow-through, and maintain a constant focus on quality, momentum and outcomes.
