The Client Success Manager is responsible for the day-to-day and long-term performance, overall health and success of a portfolio of clients. This role plays a critical part in ensuring strong client satisfaction, retention, and growth. As the Client Success Manager, you’ll act as both a strategic partner and operational quarterback—deeply understanding your clients’ goals, monitoring performance, and proactively identifying ways to strengthen outcomes, engagement, and long-term partnership value.
