About The Position

The Engineering Manager is strategic visionary who designs scalable systems , whether through microservices or structured monoliths , while championing backend excellence and robust API standards . By overseeing complex data strategies across relational and NoSQL databases , they ensure high performance and security through advanced caching and modern authentication protocols. Their impact extends beyond managing a team of five, they collaborate closely with DevOps to optimize cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines , all while elevating the engineering team through proactive performance tuning and rigorous mentorship focused on maintainability and quality.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in technologies including Node.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and modern frontend & CMS frameworks
• Technical design architecture for implementing complex web applications and scalable backend systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in software architecture, database systems ( BigQuery/SQL/NoSQL ), and cloud-native applications.
• Demonstrated ability in delivery, scalability, and solving complex technical challenges.
• High standards of code quality, performance, and security across all project deliverables.
• Strong communication, leadership, and Agile methodology skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in hands-on full-stack development and technical leadership, delivering enterprise level projects
• 3+ years of engineering lead experience
• Experience leading team of five
