About The Position

The Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) Member for General Dynamics Mission Systems will rotate across several cross-functional teams in Orlando, Florida. Opportunities include supporting rotations in Intel/Electronic Warfare (EW) & Threat Systems, Live Training Systems, and Training Technologies. While completing rotations, members will also pursue a technical Master’s degree, participate in internal training, engage in community activities, and build a professional network. Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least zero to three years of related work experience.
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire.
Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
U.S. citizenship is required.
GPA of at least 3.2 (3.6 preferred).
Previous internship or project work in your discipline.
Demonstrated ability to manage your time effectively, face challenging tasks, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
Passion for supporting those who serve, learning and applying new concepts, and community involvement.
Strong Technical Background.
Demonstrated Leadership Experience.
Strong Interpersonal Skills.

Responsibilities

Rotate across several cross functional teams within Orlando, Florida.
