About The Position

As an Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) Member for General Dynamics Mission Systems you will rotate within several different disciplines including your major, Systems Engineering, Business Development, Internal Research and Development (IRAD) and the option to rotate into other areas of interest that you select. While completing different rotations you will also complete a technical master’s degree, undergo internal training, be involved in community engagement, and establish a strong professional network. This position is hybrid allowing you to flex your time between on site and home. While on-site, you will be a part of the McLeansville, North Carolina facilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems, Mechanical, Electrical (Analog), Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire.
U.S. citizenship is required.
GPA of at least 3.2; 3.6 preferred.
Previous internship or project work in your discipline.
Demonstrated ability to manage your time effectively, face challenging tasks, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
A passion for supporting those who serve, learning and applying new concepts, and community involvement.
Strong Technical Background.
Demonstrated Leadership Experience.
Strong Interpersonal Skills.
