About The Position

This 12-month graduate programme is designed to build foundational skills for success in engineering and technology roles within LSEG. Participants will explore potential career paths within the Engineering function, gain knowledge of LSEG and financial markets, and immerse themselves in engineering principles through an 'Engineering Bootcamp'. The program includes group projects aligned with LSEG goals, a mid-point skills offsite called ‘Ignite’, and opportunities to earn industry-recognized qualifications with study days. Graduates join on a permanent basis and are aligned to an Engineering Team from day one, allowing for development within a secure framework. Roles within Engineering involve applying technical and analytical expertise to build, operate, and improve platforms, products, services, and models. These roles span software and platform engineering, reliability, quality, cyber security, service operations, service management, financial engineering, and data science, working across the full lifecycle to solve complex problems and drive continuous improvement in a product-led, data-driven environment.
