This is a great opportunity for students studying a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics subject or Finance, Economics with a strong inclination towards FinTech/Technology to apply their skills to Business related role. During the recruitment process we will get to know your skills and interest and how they align with the needs of the business to place you in your first rotation. As a graduate you can expect exposure across: Financial Risk teams, which involves monitoring and analysing risks, and interpreting data in readiness for the delivery of risk projects or reporting. Or supporting our existing products! Contributing towards researching, tracking, and testing content and user interface of online products. Or research analysis into global markets which could have a focus on debt listings, valuations, and shareholder and geographic analysis.

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate studying a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics discipline, who has completed your studies in 2026 or a final year undergraduate or Master’s student and have completed all the requirements of your qualification before September 2027.
  • Demonstrable interest in financial markets, which you’ve built through your studies, work experience or extracurricular activities.
  • Competent and comfortable with large data sets and able to code in the relevant languages (Python, SQL) or an understanding of tools like Tableu, Power BI
  • A curiosity for data and an ability to analyse information to draw conclusions and propose solutions.
  • Individuals who are able to connect the dots and think strategically.
  • Must demonstrate focus, resilience and the flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
  • People who can collaborate with others, using their strong communication skills in the process.
  • Studying a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics discipline or Finance, Economics with a strong inclination towards FinTech/Technology.
  • Ideal candidates will have the rights to work in the UK without restrictions for the duration of the graduate programme and joins us on a permanent basis from day one.

  • Progress through a 12-month development journey aiming to build foundational skills that are key for your future success
  • Build your foundational knowledge of LSEG, Financial Markets and the business during your global induction
  • Divisional-led inductions to immerse graduates into the business through team-led overviews and introductions
  • Participate in group projects which are aligned to LSEG goals
  • Meet in person with your cohort at ‘Ignite’, the programme mid-point skills offsite. Explore key knowledge areas and skills
