About The Position

We're looking for a small number of ambitious graduates to join our Sales Graduate Programme at Kearys Renault Belgard and become the next generation of leaders in the business. The programme is designed to provide a structured path for career advancement within the company, starting with foundational training and progressing to hands-on experience on the sales floor. Graduates will learn about all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, aftersales, finance, marketing, and CRM. The programme includes comprehensive sales training, manufacturer certifications, and development in modern digital retailing and AI tools. Upon completion, graduates will be qualified Sales Executives with a clear progression path to senior roles.

Full clean driving licence
Ambition to be earning €60k+ within two years and running a showroom within five years

Responsibilities

Complete structured induction across the group, learning dealership operations (sales, aftersales, finance, marketing, CRM).
Shadow top performers and complete core sales training and Renault Academy modules.
Work on the sales floor with a dedicated desk, customers, and targets.
Continue through the BYD Academy to full product certification.
Participate in monthly coaching and quarterly reviews.
Develop professional sales skills including building trust, handling objections, and closing deals.
Gain certification in Renault manufacturer products and EV technology.
Learn to use dealership systems such as Eskimo CRM, CitNow video, CDK, and Power BI.
Engage in modern digital retailing practices including online leads, video, and social selling.
Utilize AI tools for lead handling and follow-up.
Develop presentation, negotiation, and commercial skills.
