Plexus is seeking an Engineering Customer Development Manager to meet profitable revenue objectives for assigned Sector/Regional customers and targets by leading efforts in the pursuit of assigned accounts within the Plexus sales process. This role involves developing and maintaining expertise in Plexus engineering services capabilities while understanding the engineering services needs of assigned Sector/Region. Working collaboratively with Business Development Directors, Customer Managers/Directors, Project Directors, and Engineering Solutions site personnel, and under the direction of the Director of Engineering Solutions, the manager will take a leadership role in developing account relationships to create and win Engineering Solutions (PLXS-ENG) business opportunities. The role aligns with the three pillars of engineering business development: Customer Engagement, Sector/Regional Expertise, and PLXS-ENG Services Expertise.
