About The Position

At DaVita IKC, the Engagement Specialist is the first point of contact for patients, supporting onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing connection through high-volume, relationship-focused outreach. The role helps patients navigate their healthcare journey and supports engagement in care for complex chronic conditions. The specialist commutes to DaVita partner practice locations 2–4 times per week and works the remainder of the time from home. Mileage is reimbursed, and reliable transportation is required.
