About The Position

Admiral Enforcement is seeking friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Enforcement Agents to help monitor privately owned parking lots and garages. The Enforcement Agent works independently in the field under minimal supervision, using time-management and reporting skills to enforce parking requirements and document activity. The role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and being available for varied shifts, including weekends and late evenings.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
Valid license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
No major driving violations, including DUI, reckless driving, or negligent homicide, in the past 7 years.
No more than two minor violations, such as an accident or speeding, in the past year.
No suspensions within the last 3 years.
Proficient with computers and mobile applications.
Able to bend and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout shifts.
Flexible availability, including weekends and late evenings.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions for the duration of the entire shift.
Able to walk and stand for extended periods.
Must undergo a comprehensive background check, which may include education and employment verification, criminal records, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Patrol designated areas on foot to identify vehicles without proper payment or permission.
Enforce parking requirements by issuing citations for violations of parking rules.
Conduct lot audits and car counts at designated locations and times.
Record and enter violation data in the approved system.
Immediately report incidents, accidents, or safety concerns to management.
Use time-management and report-writing skills effectively.
Monitor equipment condition and notify management of malfunctions or repair needs.
Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and coworkers.
