About The Position

This role is for an Energy & Environmental Litigation Associate in Baton Rouge, LA. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong writing skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability and desire to work directly with clients, build client/referral relationships, and demonstrate a proven track record of high performance in a fast-paced, challenging environment. The associate will be capable of independently managing a caseload from start to finish, including court appearances, depositions, client communication, and providing regular updates. This is a full-time or contract position.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative litigation team.
• Louisiana Bar Admission required.
