About The Position
The Energy Business Insights Intern will support the Walmart Energy team through structured analysis, research, and project execution. The role involves turning data and market information into clear insights that support decisions across Walmart’s energy portfolio. Project work may cover operational, market, or customer data analysis; research into energy markets, technologies, policy, or competitor activity; support for project plans, stakeholder materials, and performance reporting; and communicating findings through presentations, dashboards, or written recommendations. The internship is located at Walmart’s Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas, and requires willingness to relocate there for the internship and a potential full-time opportunity after graduation.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
- Willingness to relocate to Walmart’s Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas, for the internship and a potential full-time opportunity after graduation.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Actively enrolled in an undergraduate degree program.
- Demonstrated interest in energy, infrastructure, sustainability, strategy, analytics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative working style and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
