About The Position

Wells Enterprises, a Ferrero company, is seeking a summer intern to support its Walmart sales team in Bentonville, with the possibility of continuing into the fall. The intern will support the Wells Walmart account during its peak summer season and contribute to projects and strategic recommendations that support growth. The role includes participating in day-to-day meetings and projects while owning analyses, automation, and new Tableau reporting builds.

Requirements

• Be a current junior or senior majoring in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to own multiple projects and lead them from start to finish.
• Work effectively with several cross-functional departments.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have strong attention to detail and organization.
• Adapt easily to an ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic business insights and recommendations to help drive category growth and incremental sales opportunities.
• Analyze data, reports, and trends to identify insights and implications for Wells Premium Brand and Private Label portfolios.
• Develop and present data-based recommendations to support short- and long-term strategy.
• Monitor key competitors and develop a comprehensive category overview at customer and national levels.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, including Project Management, Marketing, Demand Planning, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Consumer Insights, R&D, Finance, and agency partners.
• Own key analysis, automation, and new Tableau reporting builds.
