About The Position

The Walmart Sales Team intern will support the Wells Walmart account during its peak summer season, with the possibility of continuing into fall. The intern will manage multiple projects and provide strategic recommendations intended to support growth. The role participates in day-to-day meetings and projects and owns key analysis, automation, and new Tableau reporting builds. The position is based with the Wells Walmart team in Bentonville.

Requirements

• Be a current junior or senior majoring in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic business insights and recommendations to help drive category growth and incremental sales opportunities.
• Analyze data, reports, and trends to identify insights and implications for Wells Premium Brand and Private Label portfolios.
• Develop and present data-based recommendations to support short- and long-term strategy.
• Monitor key competitors and develop a comprehensive category overview at customer and national levels.
• Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Marketing, Demand Planning, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Consumer Insights, R&D, Finance, and agency partners.
• Manage multiple projects and own key analysis, automation, and new Tableau reporting builds.
• Participate in day-to-day meetings and projects supporting the Wells Walmart account.
