Turing invites employment and labor law experts to contribute to projects that fine-tune AI models. The role applies expertise in workplace discrimination, wage and hour compliance, ERISA, and labor relations to evaluate AI responses to employment law scenarios. No prior AI experience is required. The expert will review AI-generated responses to U.S. employment law hypotheticals, assess issue spotting and legal accuracy using a structured rubric, identify gaps in AI reasoning, and provide detailed annotations and feedback to refine AI models. The role also involves collaborating with researchers and project managers to align evaluation standards and project goals. The engagement is flexible at 10–30 hours per week for approximately one month, with possible extension based on performance and project needs.
