About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Paralegal to join a growing legal team in Miami. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working closely with attorneys and clients while supporting a variety of employment law matters. The ideal candidate will have employment law experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of employment law experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Strong understanding of employment law procedures and documentation.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service.

Responsibilities

Support attorneys in all phases of employment law matters.
Draft, review, and organize legal documents, correspondence, discovery responses, and case files.
Assist with employment-related claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, leave issues, and wrongful termination matters.
Maintain and manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and litigation schedules.
Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, client meetings, and other case-related activities.
Obtain, review, and organize personnel records, payroll records, and other employment-related documents.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, government agencies, and third parties.
Prepare case summaries, chronologies, and exhibits for attorney review.
Assist with court filings and document production.
Ensure all matters progress efficiently while maintaining accurate and organized records.
