About The Position

We’re hiring an Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Lead to own DoorDash’s employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy and execution across key growth markets, with a primary focus on tech hiring and international expansion in markets like India and Brazil. This is a strategic and hands-on role. You will build regional employer brand strategies, launch recruitment marketing campaigns, advise stakeholders on talent positioning (including AI/ML and Labs), and execute high-impact storytelling across channels. You’ll operate as the dedicated DoorDash representative within a global employer brand and recruitment marketing leadership group alongside Wolt and Deliveroo peers. Requirements

  • You have 6–8+ years of employer brand or recruitment marketing experience
  • You’ve supported technical hiring (engineering, product, AI/ML)
  • You’ve worked across international markets (India required; Brazil strongly preferred)
  • You’re both strategic and execution-oriented
  • You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building from scratch
  • You’re comfortable advising senior stakeholders
  • You actively use AI tools to enhance marketing workflows and output

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale DoorDash’s tech employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy
  • Help shape and grow our employer brand presence in India and Brazil
  • Influence how we tell our AI/ML and innovation story
  • Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Brand, Comms, DEI, and regional leaders
  • Develop, launch, measure, and optimize multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Create compelling content — from social to blog to video
  • Leverage AI tools to elevate creativity, efficiency, and performance
  • Operate with high autonomy and visibility across global teams
