Job Summary The Brand Marketing Lead will understand strategy and deliver through execution and measurement of key North American product and campaign marketing initiatives through full funnel engagement and conversion within the Motor Company, focused on coordination, implementation and execution of specific projects to deliver marketing campaign objectives. The Brand Marketing Lead will be able to work with minimal supervision while working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and Harley-Davidson Motor Company employees to develop, lead and report on key Brand-level marketing initiatives.The Lead is expected to have a balance of strategic ability, creative taste, operational excellence, and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Demonstrated experience in project management with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently along with collaborating across teams and external partners
  • Self-starter with the ability to work under tight deadlines on a regular basis and flexibility to work in an interactive environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity and change
  • Consumer first mindset with brand marketing experience
  • Creative, analytical, and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and growth
  • Experience translating brand level campaigns initiatives into retail programs
  • Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and relate well to individuals with a variety of backgrounds.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use sound judgement and discretion in dealing with sensitive and/or confidential information matters.

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Experience in the motorcycle, automotive, or related wholesale or franchise model industries preferred

Responsibilities

  • Leads the execution of impactful marketing brand campaigns to achieve the desired performance for all avenues within the brand marketing team with minimal support/guidance
  • Develops brand campaign briefs for responsible products and offerings that inform the organization of what’s new, key features and messages, target customer and key project dates
  • Acts as a conduit between marketing channels and creative team
  • Serves as a subject matter resource for the Brand on marketing plans in alignment with the go to market strategies.
  • Develops brand campaign with creative team to create assets to support full funnel marketing needs
  • Collaborates closely with the Product Marketing and Commercial teams to gain an understanding of new and existing brand offerings and sales trends to inform product positioning, asset creation and promotional activity
  • Work in close collaboration with internal and external Harley-Davidson partners to deliver on goals and key initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and marketing subject matter experts on program requirements, policies, and procedures related to the campaigns that are executed
  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts executed and implements learnings into future campaign plans
