The Employee Services Manager is responsible for leading and executing regional HR duties while serving as the primary HR advisor to leadership and employees across the region. This role collaborates with the Market HR leaders, drives region-wide HR initiatives, ensures compliance with employment and labor regulations, and oversees regional onboarding, investigations, payroll processing, and employee lifecycle programs. This role partners closely with Corporate HR, Legal, Payroll, Risk, Talent Acquisition and Safety teams to ensure consistent, compliant HR practices.
