We’re looking for a dynamic Employee Services Advisor to play a critical role in our Human Resources team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for employee service centre support, ensuring data integrity, and exceptional customer service for our employees, managers, and HR team. You’ll collaborate closely with Payroll and IT to resolve issues swiftly and accurately, helping to ensure our team members are paid on time and with precision. Located at our Head Office in Niagara Falls, you’ll have flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week. You’ll report directly to the Director of Total Rewards.
