PIPESTONE is seeking an Employee Onboarding & Transportation Specialist to help new team members transition into their roles, housing, and local communities. The role supports employees as they begin employment by welcoming them, coordinating transportation, assisting with housing logistics, and helping them access essential local services. The specialist also serves as a connection between employees, HR, and farm leadership.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support new hires during onboarding.

• Assist with housing and move-in logistics.
• Help employees navigate banking, Social Security, grocery shopping, and other essential services.
• Serve as a trusted connection between employees, HR, and farm leadership.
