About The Position

PIPESTONE is seeking an Employee Onboarding & Transportation Specialist to help new team members transition into their roles, housing, and local communities. The position welcomes and supports new hires during onboarding, coordinates transportation, assists with housing and move-in logistics, and helps employees access essential services. It also serves as a connection between employees, HR, and farm leadership.

Requirements

• Be organized and dependable.
• Have a commitment to providing excellent support.
• Have a valid driver's license.

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support new hires during onboarding.
• Coordinate transportation to orientations, appointments, and work locations.
• Assist with housing and move-in logistics.
• Help employees navigate banking, Social Security, grocery shopping, and other essential services.
• Serve as a trusted connection between employees, HR, and farm leadership.
