•$170,000 - $190,000•Onsite

About The Position

Decagon is hiring an Employee Experience professional to own the global employee experience across its offices and distributed teams. The role is responsible for the programs, events, recognition, onboarding materials, and communications that shape what it feels like to work at Decagon, with a consistent standard across San Francisco, New York, London, Toronto, Sydney, LATAM, and EMEA. The position sits within Decagon’s lean, Gen AI-native People team, which partners with founders and company leadership on hiring, growth, pay, and employee support. The Employee Experience role will build and scale programs suited to a rapidly growing company of more than 600 people across seven countries, and ensure those programs work beyond headquarters. Responsibilities include developing recognition programs; planning company rituals, internal events, and office launches; owning onboarding swag from design through delivery; maintaining the People Leaders Hub and employee-facing Notion content; and partnering with Workplace, IT, Finance, and executive assistants on event logistics, vendors, contracts, and budgets. The role also advises leaders on how company values appear in programs and how to communicate change effectively. Decagon is an in-office company. Compensation is $160,000–$190,000 plus equity. Benefits for full-time employees include medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement plan, parental leave, fertility and family-building benefits, a monthly wellness and lifestyle stipend, office lunches and snacks, and a take-what-you-need vacation policy, subject to local requirements and applicable policies.
