About The Position

Circles is seeking an outgoing, industrious Employee Experience Concierge with a passion for providing a high level of service. The role involves serving people through a variety of concierge and employee engagement activities, such as researching trips, writing articles about local restaurants, promoting Circles onsite, presenting the concierge service virtually, coordinating with onsite leads, and finding events for associates. This is a full-time, 100% onsite position scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation starts at $22.00 per hour.

Requirements

Two years of customer service experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Proven ability to provide quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong listening, conversational, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and follow processes consistently.
Comfort with computers and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams), internet searching, and typing.
Ability to adhere to a schedule.
Desire for continuous learning and improvement.
Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.

Nice To Haves

Prior front desk, concierge, or other hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

Research trips and other requests for consumers.
Write articles about local restaurants and other relevant topics.
Host onsite tables to promote Circles.
Deliver virtual presentations about the concierge service.
Connect with onsite leads regarding upcoming programs.
Find events for associates to attend.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks daily.
Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
Follow processes consistently and adhere to the work schedule.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
