About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an Employee Dining Attendant to join our Culinary team. This role is responsible for creating a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked employee dining experience by preparing and replenishing food items, maintaining cafeteria standards, and supporting daily food service operations. The Employee Dining Attendant works closely with the Culinary and Stewarding teams and reports to the Employee Dining leadership team.

Requirements

• Previous Food & Beverage, cafeteria, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Current work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and replenish cold food items for employee meal periods.
• Monitor food and supply levels and communicate replenishment needs to the Culinary team.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of food and non-food items, including menu cards, utensils, and napkins.
• Inspect food quality and expiration dates, removing and replacing items as needed.
• Ensure employee dining areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service.
• Partner with the Stewarding team to maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards.
• Set up and break down employee meal service stations.
• Support a positive and welcoming dining experience for all employees.
