About The Position

Servicing all guests in the dining room in every way possible, ensuring the best possible experience in hopes that they will return. This role requires adherence to attendance, punctuality, and uniform standards. The attendant will be responsible for the complete setup of the entire restaurant, understanding bussing standards, and having a thorough knowledge of the menu. Key duties include accurately and timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor with guests, using surnames whenever possible, and complying with food handling standards. The role also involves running food to all sections of the restaurant and bar, completing all assigned duties before checking out, and meticulously inspecting and maintaining one's station for immaculate cleanliness and presentation. Station set-up and breakdown, side-work, and any other duties assigned by the restaurant manager are also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work weekends.
  • Must have Food Handlers certification.
  • Must have TABC certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Fine dining or steak house experience preferred.
