This role will manage the day-to-day execution of WorkJam as a key internal communications channel, serving as the team’s go-to resource for content publishing, audience targeting, campaign support, and performance tracking. The specialist will develop, publish, and manage mobile-first content and campaigns within WorkJam aligned to business priorities and employee engagement goals. They will also configure and maintain WorkJam channels, audiences, tasks, and communication workflows to support communications and business needs. Support initiatives that increase employee adoption, engagement, and effective use of WorkJam across the organization. Partner with stakeholders across HR and the business to deliver targeted, timely, and effective communications through WorkJam. Monitor and analyze WorkJam performance metrics, engagement trends, and user behaviors to identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness and channel performance. Provide guidance to internal partners on WorkJam communication best practices, targeting, and engagement approaches. Build and maintain expertise in WorkJam features and best practices to support effective employee communications. Stay informed on WorkJam capabilities, enhancements, and industry best practices to support continuous improvement of the employee communication experience.
