This role will manage the day-to-day execution of WorkJam as a key internal communications channel, serving as the team’s go-to resource for content publishing, audience targeting, campaign support, and performance tracking. The specialist will develop, publish, and manage mobile-first content and campaigns within WorkJam aligned to business priorities and employee engagement goals. They will also configure and maintain WorkJam channels, audiences, tasks, and communication workflows, and support initiatives that increase employee adoption, engagement, and effective use of WorkJam across the organization. Partnering with stakeholders across HR and the business is key to delivering targeted, timely, and effective communications through WorkJam. The role involves monitoring and analyzing WorkJam performance metrics, engagement trends, and user behaviors to identify opportunities for improvement, and providing guidance to internal partners on WorkJam communication best practices. Staying informed on WorkJam capabilities, enhancements, and industry best practices is crucial for continuous improvement of the employee communication experience.
