This role is based at our Lancaster, Pennsylvania headquarters and requires a strong internal drive and a proven history in Group Benefit sales. The position involves both client retention and new sales responsibilities from the outset. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent education and work experience
Solid business acumen
Ability to effectively communicate with business owners and leaders
Pennsylvania Producer License – Life, Accident & Health Lines of Authority
2+ years of experience with Employee Group Benefits account management and production
Effective time management skills
Demonstrated presentation skills
Established network of key influencers, business leaders and community organizations
Working knowledge of benefit agency management systems (Brokerage-Builder preferred)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TEAMS
Must successfully clear all pre-employment screenings
