About The Position
Incture is hiring a select cohort of technically strong, self-driven and ambitious professionals in the United States who want to develop into technology specialists, solution architects, technical leaders and customer-facing technology professionals. The opportunity is intended for people completing a master's degree in the United States, recent master's graduates, and early-career professionals with relevant industry experience. Participants follow a structured development journey combining technical depth, practical exposure, increasing responsibility and professional development. They build expertise in Incture's technology platforms, engineering methodologies, enterprise architectures and customer environments, working with experienced technology leaders and contributing to real enterprise challenges. The program also offers opportunities to explore AI and emerging technologies, develop prototypes, contribute reusable accelerators and find new approaches to enterprise problems. As participants develop, they may take ownership of technical deliverables, solution components, customer engagements and project responsibilities. The program's stated ambition is to prepare high-performing participants for technical lead responsibilities in approximately 12–18 months, subject to readiness, performance and business requirements. Longer-term pathways for those with broader business aptitude may include solution consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture and account management. Requirements
- Be completing a master's degree in the United States, be a recent master's graduate, or be an early-career professional with relevant industry experience.
- Have strong technical foundations and demonstrable interest in at least one of the technology tracks.
- For the Data & Artificial Intelligence track, relevant technologies and experience may include Python, SQL, modern data engineering, data pipelines, ETL/ELT, cloud data platforms, machine learning, generative AI, LLM integrations, AI/ML frameworks, intelligent automation, and Azure or AWS AI services.

Responsibilities
- Build technical expertise in a chosen technology track through onboarding, hands-on learning and collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Contribute to real enterprise technology and business challenges, learning how requirements translate into solution design, architecture, engineering and implementation.
- Explore emerging technologies and AI applications within a specialization; develop prototypes and contribute to reusable accelerators.
- Progressively own technical deliverables, solution components, customer engagements and project responsibilities.
- Work toward readiness for technical lead responsibilities, subject to individual readiness, performance and business requirements.
