About The Position

The Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP) is a two-year leadership development program designed to prepare high-potential college graduates to become future leaders within Carrier’s Digital Technology organization. Participants complete three eight-month rotations across Carrier’s Digital organization, gaining hands-on experience and developing leadership, business, and technical skills. Rotations may support Carrier’s Climate Solutions and Transportation businesses or central teams focused on data and AI, digital products, enterprise systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

Participants work on meaningful business priorities, build and implement technology solutions, and take on increasing levels of ownership and complexity. The program includes dedicated training, mentoring, and guidance from Carrier’s Digital leadership team, DTLP associates and alumni, and other senior leaders. The position is intended for eligible 2026 or 2027 graduates who will start the program in June 2027. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship and be geographically mobile, including the ability to relocate for rotations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business analytics, data science, cybersecurity, or computer science.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0.
• Must be geographically mobile and able to relocate for rotations.
• Must be a 2026 or 2027 graduate in a relevant field and start the Leadership Program in June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of Carrier’s businesses, products, customers, and organization.
• Work alongside senior cross-functional leaders on real business priorities.
• Partner with business and Digital stakeholders to understand needs, align priorities, and solve challenges.
• Own projects end-to-end, from defining the problem and scope through delivering solutions and measurable results.
• Build and implement solutions using enterprise systems, data, and emerging technologies such as AI and automation.
• Collaborate across technical, business, and operational disciplines to deliver results.
• Take on increasing levels of ownership, responsibility, and complexity throughout the program.
• Present work, results, and impact to Carrier Digital leadership at the end of each rotation.
• Build a cross-functional network of mentors, peers, and leaders across Carrier.
• Connect and collaborate with associates across Carrier’s other leadership development programs.
