About The Position

The Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP) is a two-year leadership development program designed to prepare high-potential college graduates for future leadership roles within Carrier’s Digital Technology organization. Participants complete three eight-month rotations across Carrier’s Digital organization, gaining hands-on experience and developing leadership, business, and technical skills. Rotations may support Carrier’s Climate Solutions and Transportation businesses or central teams working in areas such as data and AI, digital products, enterprise systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Participants receive dedicated training, mentoring, and guidance from Carrier Digital leaders, DTLP associates and alumni, and other senior leaders. The program offers meaningful assignments and opportunities to contribute to Carrier’s work in intelligent climate and energy solutions while building a global network across the organization. The position is intended for 2026 or 2027 graduates in a relevant field who are able to start the program in June 2027.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business analytics, data science, cybersecurity, or computer science.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
GPA of at least 3.0.
Must be geographically mobile and able to relocate for rotations.
Must be a 2026 or 2027 graduate in a relevant field and start the Leadership Program in June 2027.

Responsibilities

Develop an understanding of Carrier’s businesses, products, customers, and organization.
Work with senior cross-functional leaders on real business priorities.
Partner with business and Digital stakeholders to understand needs, align priorities, and solve challenges.
Own projects end-to-end, from defining the problem and scope through delivering solutions and measurable results.
Build and implement solutions using enterprise systems, data, and emerging technologies such as AI and automation.
Collaborate across technical, business, and operational disciplines to deliver results.
Take on increasing levels of ownership, responsibility, and complexity throughout the program.
Present work, results, and impact to Carrier Digital leadership at the end of each rotation.
Build a cross-functional network of mentors, peers, and leaders across Carrier.
Connect and collaborate with associates in Carrier’s other leadership development programs.
