About The Position

Carrier’s Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP) is a two-year leadership development program for high-potential college graduates preparing to become future leaders in Carrier’s Digital Technology organization. Participants complete three eight-month rotations across Digital teams supporting Carrier’s Climate Solutions and Transportation businesses, as well as central groups working in areas such as data and AI, digital products, enterprise systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. The program offers hands-on experience and meaningful assignments to develop technical capabilities, leadership readiness, business knowledge, and impact across the organization. Participants receive training, mentoring, and guidance from Carrier Digital leaders, DTLP associates and alumni, and other senior leaders, while building a global network of colleagues. The role contributes to projects that advance Carrier’s position in intelligent climate and energy solutions. Participants learn about Carrier’s businesses, products, customers, and organization; work with senior cross-functional leaders on business priorities; and partner with business and Digital stakeholders to understand needs, align priorities, and solve challenges. They own projects from problem definition and scoping through solution delivery and measurement, and build and implement solutions using enterprise systems, data, and emerging technologies such as AI and automation. Responsibilities and project complexity increase throughout the program. Participants present their work and results to Carrier Digital leadership at the end of each rotation and connect with colleagues across Carrier’s other leadership development programs.
